A Hail Repair Advisor will assist you with scheduling and estimate

At a date/time convenient to you. You can either meet as at our partner locations, or we’ll come to you at home or in the office. It’s that easy!

From here we will handle the communication for your claim promptly w/ your insurance company. Each situation is unique and different so we will advise you onsite of your various options. Our goal is to be a partner in this with you to ensure the best experience possible.

Step 05:

Appointment Set / Rental Vehicle

We will set a date/time to pick up the vehicle from your home or rental office, or you can drop off at one of our partner locations. If your coverage provides a rental vehicle we will advise you to partner w/ your insurance company. If not we will assist w/ arranging a rental (at no cost) for the duration of the vehicle in the shop.

Status Updates / Repairs Completed

Our advisors will communicate w/ your promptly on the status of your repairs. Most repairs take between 1-2 weeks for completion. Each repair is unique, and we’ll ensure we set the right expectations from the beginning!
